The City of Thorold (the “City”) invites bids from qualified and experienced contractors for 2026-RFT-COT-04 – Road & Servicing Rehabilitation Project – Bolton Avenue and Crompton Boulevard. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of municipal roadways and associated underground and surface infrastructure. This may include road reconstruction, asphalt paving, curb and sidewalk works, storm and sanitary sewer works, watermain works, surface restoration, traffic control, and all related appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders are advised to review all tender documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand the scope, requirements, and project constraints prior to submitting a bid. |
