This RFP seeks a qualified consultant to undertake the detailed design and tender document preparation for the renovation of Thorold Fire Station #1 into a museum facility. The scope includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscape design services, as well as cost estimating and preparation of construction-ready drawings and specifications.
