This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026-RFT-COT-10 Winslow Crescent Watermain Construction, as further described herein. Winslow Crescent is an existing municipal roadway within the City of Thorold. The City is inviting Tenders for the construction of the Winslow Crescent Watermain Replacement between Sullivan Avenue and Michigan Avenue, as shown on the Contract Drawings and in the Pricing Form/Form of Tender. The Work includes the replacement of approximately 390 meters of existing 150 mm diameter cast iron watermain with new PVC watermain, including all associated appurtenances, service reconnections, trench restoration, and surface restoration. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the latest edition of the Niagara Peninsula Contract Standard Documents (NPCSD), OPSS.MUNI specifications, Ontario Provincial Standard Drawings (OPSD), and all applicable Federal, Provincial, Regional, and City of Thorold standards and regulations. The City of Thorold will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from The City of Thorold public purchasing portal at https://thorold.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
