This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Thorold to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Real Estate Appraisal Services, as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of Thorold is seeking to pre-qualify experienced and qualified appraisal firms to establish a non-exclusive Vendor of Record (VOR) for the provision of independent real estate appraisal services.

The City intends to select the top two (2) highest-ranked proponents to establish a Vendor of Record for appraisal services.

The City reserves the right to:

• select fewer than two (2) proponents where insufficient qualified submissions are received; 
• select additional proponents where it is in the best interest of the City; and 
• decline to select any proponent. 

Proponents are advised that their performance under any resulting Agreement will be monitored in accordance with the City of Thorold Vendor Performance Management Procedure.
