This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold (“The City of Thorold”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2025-RFT-COT-08 Allanburg Community Centre Demolition and Abatement, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Demolition and removal of designated substances and hazardous materials in preparation for future renovations to accommodate a licensed childcare facility. 1560 Falls St Thorold, ON L0S 1A0. The contractor must include all required equipment, material, and manpower to complete this work.
