The City of Thorold (“the City”) invites qualified, RECO-licensed real estate brokerages to submit proposals for full-service real estate brokerage services relating to the sale, acquisition, leasing, and related advisory services for City-owned property (the “Deliverables”). Further detail is provided in Appendix B – RFP Particulars. The City intends to award a five-year Contract, structured as successive one-year appointment terms, each renewal at the City’s sole discretion. Renewal or continuation is not guaranteed, and the City will provide written notice of renewal or non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current appointment year. To preserve impartiality and prevent conflicts of interest, the successful Proponent under this RFP will be strictly ineligible to submit a response, directly or indirectly, to the City’s forthcoming Real Estate Appraisal Services RFP for the full duration of the Contract. |
