This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold (“The City of Thorold”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Phase II Environmental Site Assessment St. Davids Street East Thorold On, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.19, and Ontario Regulation 153/04 - Records of Site Condition (RSC) under Part XV.1 of the Act, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Corporation of the City of Thorold is seeking bids from qualified Environmental Investigation Consultants to conduct an Environmental Assessment on City-owned property approximately 4.22 acres in size. Of this, only a portion — approximately 1.2 acres — is considered developable land. |
