This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold and the City of St Catharines to prospective bidders to submit bids for Townline Road Reconstruction, as further described as further described herein. 

The Deliverables include the full reconstruction and urbanization of Townline Road from St. David’s Road West to Ormond Street North, including installation of new storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, full-depth road reconstruction, sidewalks, a multi-use trail, upgraded street lighting, and improved pedestrian and transit access. See attached specifications and drawings for full scope.
