The City of Thorold invites qualified engineering consulting firms to submit proposals for the Engineering Services for the Ekins Lane Reconstruction and Road Extension Project. The assignment includes detailed design, contract documents, tendering services, and a provisional item for construction administration for the reconstruction of Ekins Lane between Albert Street West and the proposed extension to Towpath Street. The project also includes associated municipal infrastructure, roadway, drainage, utility, and pedestrian improvements, as further described in the RFP documents.
