This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold’s to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Rolling Meadows Park Parking Lot Construction Project.

The City of Thorold is inviting bids for the Rolling Meadows Park Parking Lot Construction Project. The project scope includes the full construction of a new parking lot, as well as all associated works described in the Form of Tender. All work shall be carried out in compliance with the Niagara Peninsula Contract Standard Document (NPCSD) and in accordance with applicable Federal, Provincial, Regional, and City of Thorold standards, specifications, and procedures.
