This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold to prospective bidders to submit bids for 2026-RFT-COT-13 - Kottmeier Park - Phase 2 Construction, as further described herein. The City of Thorold is undertaking the construction of the Phase 2 portion of the Kottmeier Park to enhance recreational amenities for residents and families. This project aims to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging water play area that will serve children, families, and people of all abilities while complementing the park’s existing rich features. The City of Thorold will only consider bids received from bidders who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFT directly from The City of Thorold public purchasing portal at https://thorold.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
