This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Thorold’s to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Audit Services for City of Thorold, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The purpose of this RFP is to contract audit services for the consolidated financial statements of the Corporation of the City of Thorold and its related entities, as well as the compliance audit for the Cemetery and Mausoleum Trust Funds. Services may also include, at the City’s discretion, the physical preparation of financial statements.
