This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The City of Thorold’s to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Development Service Office Parking Lot Extension.

The City of Thorold is inviting bids from qualified contractors for the Development Services Parking Lot Extension Project at 8 Carleton Street South. The project scope includes the full construction of a parking lot extension, along with all associated works described in the Form of Tender and project drawings.

All work shall be carried out in compliance with the Niagara Peninsula Contract Standard Document (NPCSD) and in accordance with applicable Federal, Provincial, Regional, and City of Thorold standards, specifications, and procedures.

The contractor will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements outlined in the Form of Tender, including but not limited to excavation, granular base installation, asphalt paving, line painting, signage installation, grading, sod placement, and tree removal. The final deliverables will include forty new parking spaces, a designated garbage bin area, and all associated site restoration.
